About our practice

Pavilion Hub Strategy House Co., Ltd. is a Bangkok-based facilitation practice devoted to strategic planning workshops for corporate leadership teams.

Quiet meeting room prepared for a strategy workshop

Registered business and history

The official registered name of our company is Pavilion Hub Strategy House Co., Ltd. We were established in 2014 in Bangkok when our founders — former in-house strategy managers — saw repeated offsites that produced enthusiasm but no accountable decisions.

The name reflects how we set up each session: a temporary pavilion apart from daily operations, where leaders can speak plainly before returning to their roles. Over twelve years we have facilitated workshops for family-held groups, listed subsidiaries, and regional headquarters across Thailand and neighbouring markets.

What we believe

Strategy is a conversation that must end in writing. Facilitation is not consulting advice delivered from the front of the room; it is process stewardship so the people who must execute the plan are the ones who shape it.

We stay neutral on content. We intervene on timing, participation, and clarity. When a CEO speaks too long, we redistribute airtime. When consensus is superficial, we ask for explicit deferrals.

Working with clients

Most engagements begin with a scope call, stakeholder interviews, and a draft agenda shared two weeks before the workshop. We work from our office in Khlong Toei and travel to client venues throughout Thailand.

We maintain long relationships — many clients return annually for planning cycles and quarterly reviews. That continuity lets us notice when the same unresolved tension reappears under a new label.
