These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at page-pavilionhub.click and any enquiry or engagement with Pavilion Hub Strategy House Co., Ltd. ("Pavilion Hub," "we," "us"). By using this website or confirming a facilitation engagement, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Pavilion Hub provides corporate workshop facilitation services, primarily strategic planning sessions for leadership teams. Service scope, fees, and dates are defined in a written proposal or engagement letter — not by content on this website alone. Website pricing is informational.

2. Acceptance of engagements

An engagement is confirmed when you accept our written proposal and pay any required deposit. We may decline enquiries that fall outside our expertise or availability.

3. Intellectual property

Website content — text, design, and branding — is owned by Pavilion Hub Strategy House Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

Workshop outputs (flip-chart photos, summary documents, exercises) prepared during a paid engagement are licensed to your organisation for internal use. Our facilitation methods and templates remain our intellectual property.

4. Client responsibilities

You will provide accurate information during scoping, ensure participants understand the workshop purpose, and arrange venue and logistics unless otherwise agreed. Delays caused by incomplete participant lists or unavailable decision-makers may require rescheduling fees.

5. Confidentiality

We treat stakeholder interview notes and workshop discussions as confidential unless you authorise disclosure or law requires it. You agree not to record sessions without prior consent of all participants and facilitators.

6. Limitation of liability

Facilitation supports your team's decisions; we do not guarantee business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false enquiries, or scraping content at scale. We may suspend access for abuse.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance. Active engagements remain governed by the Terms in effect at confirmation unless both parties agree otherwise.
