Fees depend on team size, duration, travel, and preparation depth. Figures below are starting points; we confirm a written estimate after a scope call.
Strategic Planning Workshop (flagship)
From THB 185,000 for a two-day workshop, up to twelve participants.
Three-day format with communication planning module: from THB 245,000.
Includes pre-workshop interviews (up to six), facilitation, and forty-eight-hour summary. Excludes venue, catering, and materials printing.
Executive Alignment Half-Day
THB 68,000 per four-hour session in Bangkok metropolitan area.
Single focused decision. Additional preparation billed at THB 12,000 if stakeholder calls exceed two hours.
Leadership Offsite Facilitation
From THB 95,000 per day, plus travel and accommodation outside Bangkok.
Overnight offsites may require a co-facilitator for groups above fifteen; quoted separately.
Quarterly Implementation Follow-Through
THB 52,000 per session, minimum two sessions per engagement.
Half-day review of commitments from a prior planning workshop. Video option available at THB 45,000.
Factors that change your estimate
- Participant count above twelve — additional co-facilitation or extended synthesis time
- Travel to provinces or regional sites — airfare and lodging at cost
- Extra stakeholder interviews beyond the included six
- Translation support or dual-language documentation
- Rush scheduling with less than three weeks' notice
Deposits and payment
A fifty-percent deposit confirms dates. The balance is due within seven days of workshop completion. Invoices are in Thai Baht; wire transfer preferred. See our refund policy for cancellation terms.
